About: Coach Carter (5/9) Movie CLIP - A Better Life (2005) HD
It’s weird watching a movie with a bunch of adults playing the roles of people my age.
Well I'm black and I've never been arrested and I don't have any criminal records
The director of this movie looked at sam jackson and went, "yup. Stop auditions. Were good." then immediately handed sam the script.
Now that was a great analogy and sadly it's most definitely true.
Why Channing sound so gay?
Battle: This aint about us this about you.
Carter: Whats this movie called?
That's how teachers and professors are supposed to be, most of them don't even wanna educate but indoctrinate and shut mouths though.
We all need a Coach Carter.
Back when college wasn't a scam.
Getting an education is far more important than having money
Bruh this is what young bloodz need... If I had someone that genuinely cared about me like that... I would be Hella motivated to do anything... You can just feel how much he cares about em and actually wants to help
We need a coach carter in every class but more importantly in every house hold. I was told growing up that I was dumb and that I would never amount to be anything. In high school, it became clear that you only got positive attention if you were talented. If you were deemed smart you’d go to B track and if you were average C or D track. Only one teacher told me to go to college, but I told him I wasn’t smart enough and he didn’t push. It wasn’t until I was on a bus and heard a Mexican comic with a college degree say that he didn’t want to be a statistic. Ultimately, it took me 10 years to graduate college but I am thankful I did because I see my purpose. I worked at the YMCA and got to encourage teenagers to not only go to college but the best college they could get into and most of the ones I have spoken to have and have began graduating. Finally, a co-worker that I’d encourage daily to go to college finally graduated. A co-worker that is a janitor took my advice and got a trade. I see how beautiful his life has become. People have been bamboozled to think that they don’t need college but here is a stat for you 80% or millionaires have a degree. Now, you can go with your gut and not go to college but remember that you are 80% likely to fail. Why? Because college teaches you how to finish something with lack of money, sleep, social life and time. That’s what a business requires. But if you can do that in college, you always translate it into anything else.
sorry but at the same time like why alot of them dudes didnt like the coach
This film gives us an excellent reflection
can i make a joke?
Only lucky ones get a teacher like coach carter
I didnt know Nick Fury can get you to college. Let alone letting you into SHIELD or Avengers
Is it the best 2005 movie?
I wish every teacher would care about their students and tell them abou the cold world after school
