I refuse to believe that all of NBC is this fatuous, therefore I am convinced NBC is being purposely deceptive in their reporting.

There is no other country in the Western world with mass shooting deaths and a higher rate per capita than the United States. Well, except for Norway, Switzerland, France, Slovakia, Albania, Finland, Belgium, Serbia, Macedonia and Czek Republic. Out of the 97 countries where mass shootings are recorded, the United States ranks 64th in per capita frequency.
