What people miss about the gender wage gap

This video subtlety implies, men are lazy and that women do more work for the family. No. Men just work more outside of the family for the family. Hence, women do for more work for the family inside the family. And there are two reasons for this. 1: Women on average choose men who earn more than themselves so when children show up it is the best financial decision. 2: On average women would rather spend more time with their children than work more.
why not feminist innovate ways to ease houseworks and chores so that the wage gap could close more?
If 99% of men are paying for a whole family's bills
And 99% of women keep all their money for themselves
Why wouldn't there be a wage gap
So women choose to work less than men and are paid accordingly?
What do people miss?

The injuries.
The pain.
The remote locations.
The hours.
The not seeing your kids.
The DEATHS.

This was 7 years ago. By now the wage gap myth has been busted. The last missing piece: Men are in average more willing to accept job the don´t like, but of course crave a compensation for doing it. Inequality only in outcome, not in opportunities. Women have the same options. insisting it´s existence has made a lot of harm to feminists credibility, unfortunately.
